As a Sales Advisor, you are in direct contact with the end clients of various large brands. You are therefore the shop-window, an ambassador for the latter.

Your role is to contact prospects and customers on a daily basis for a variety of reasons: prospecting and making business appointments, direct sales, satisfaction and retention surveys, etc.

You guarantee daily contact with the customers and prospective customers of a company:

  • You manage outgoing flow and monitor both by phone and within the administration system;
  • You ensure well qualified data;
  • You inform customers and prospective clients about current services, benefits and promotions/offers and focus on convincing them to accept an appointment/a sale;
  • You identify what is needed to offer the right service;
  • You identify dissatisfaction to raise with the client company;
  • You manage contacts in a tailored way to strengthen your relationship of trust with the customer/prospective client and the image of the represented company;
  • You participate in improving the quality and efficiency of Customer Service.


  • You have at least a CESS qualification, a secondary school certificate or equivalent GSCEs;
  • You have good business sense and are results-driven;
  • You are dynamic, can cope well with stress and are good at multi-tasking;
  • You feel comfortable communicating both orally and in writing in Dutch, French or both languages;
  • You are comfortable working in the various IT environments: MS Office, etc.;
  • You are flexible as regards working hours (hours vary depending on projects: 7 days a week between 7am and 10pm);
  • Previous experience in direct sales or in a Contact Centre is an advantage.
