Function

As a full member of the Sales team at the iKanbi group, your primary mission is to schedule sales appointments for Business Development Managers.

You play an essential role in lead generation and expanding the company's client base by identifying and qualifying potential prospects and encouraging them to meet with sales representatives to discuss our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

🔎Prospecting and Qualification: Identify and research potential prospects using resources such as databases, social media, and online research tools.

📲 Initial Approach and Contact: Contact prospects, in French and Dutch, via phone, email, or any other appropriate means of communication to establish initial contact and assess their interest.

🗣 Service Presentation: Explain the benefits of the company's products and services to prospects, emphasizing solutions tailored to their needs.

📅 Appointment Setting: Schedule sales appointments with business development managers based on both parties' schedules.

📝Follow-up and Database Management: Maintain accurate records of contacts, responses, and scheduled appointments. Update the prospect database in the CRM tool HubSpot.

🤝Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Team: Work closely with sales and marketing to understand operational needs and adjust appointments accordingly.

📊 Reporting: Generate regular reports on appointment scheduling activities, conversion rates, and generated opportunities.

Profile

  • Fluent in both French and Dutch, both spoken and written

  • Proficiency in English is an asset

  • Previous sales or prospecting experience is a plus

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills

  • Ability to work independently, in an organized, and results-oriented manner

  • Proficiency in computer tools, including customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Persistent, proactive, and goal-oriented attitude.
